¹H,¹³C TROSY-HMQC spectrum of Nsp8 full length

130 μM of ILVM-methyl ¹H¹³C, U-²H¹⁵N labeled Nsp8 full length (1-198) in 20 mM deuterated HEPES pH 7.0, 100 mM NaCl, 1mM DTT, and 10% D₂O, measured at 298 K on a 600 MHz spectrometer equipped with TXI cryogenic probe.
