¹H,¹⁵N TROSY-HSQC spectrum of S-protein RBD (330-532) with N501Y mutation

33 μM of ILVM-methyl ¹H¹³C, U-²H¹⁵N labeled S-protein RBD (330-532) with N501Y mutation in 20 mM deuterated HEPES pH 7.0, 100 mM NaCl and 10% D₂O, measured at 298 K on a 600 MHz spectrometer equipped with TXI cryogenic probe.
